Vice President, Employee Benefits
Bill Barclay is the manager of Marcotte’s Employee Benefits department and Vice President with the Agency. Bill is one of the principals of the agency and serves on the Board of Directors. Bill has been on the management team at Marcotte for over 20 years. He works as a liaison between the insurance companies and Marcotte’s Account Executives and customers. Bill is active in the design, pricing and implementation of insurance and comprehensive benefit programs. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with an emphasis in marketing from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. Prior to joining Marcotte, Bill was a producer with National Insurance Agency for four years and a marketing representative with Travelers for over two years prior to that. He is an active member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and has earned his LUTCF (Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow) designation and is a Consultant in Life and Health.
