Tim Shada is a Employee Benefits Advisor for Marcotte. Tim has been in the employee benefits industry for over 30 years. He works with both business owners and individual clients to find them the best coverage at the best price. Tim is a graduate of Kearney State College in Kearney, Nebraska. Prior to joining Marcotte, Tim owned his own insurance business, Shada Insurance Services. He has served in many capacities in the community, some of which include: board member for Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce, Campaign Chairman for Kearney United Way, Past President United Way of Kearney, Past Secretary Buffalo County Red Cross, Past Exalted Ruler Kearney Elks Lodge, Council Chairman St. George Orthodox Church, Past Board Member UNK Alumni Board, Gateway Farm Expo Committee Chair, Nebraska Game and Parks Outdoor Expo Steering Committee and Board Member Yanney Heritage Park Foundation. Tim received the 2012 Distinguished Alumni Award from Kearney Public Schools. Tim is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). Tim and his wife Tracey have 2 grown daughters, Megan and Amanda.
