• Definition of Insured includes any lawyer who is a past or present partner, officer, director, stockholder, shareholder, employee or Of Counsel, including any lawyer who has retired from the firm for services rendered prior to the retirement date
• Title Agents Liability coverage included at no charge
• $15,000 Reimbursement for Trial Attendance at Swiss RE's request
• $15,000 Legal Expense Reimbursement for disciplinary proceedings
